POSITION SUMMARYCompletion of home medication history process for inpatient admissions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum Education
- Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience
- Minimum of one-year RN experience in clinical setting
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- ACLS upon hire/transfer
- BLS upon hire/transfer
- PALS (Requirement for RRT) required within 6 months of DOH or transfer
- Registered Nursing License
- Preferred Education
- BSN
- Preferred Experience
- N/A
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
