RN - EAMC SKIN CARE MANAGEMENT EAMC MISSION

Assures excellence in patient care related to skin care management by maintaining departmental goals including, but not limited to, pressure injury and NIMS rate reduction. Maintains financial stability and integrity for Skin Care Management which includes responsible management of rental equipment and overtime. Maintains high user satisfaction in working with various nursing departments. Demonstrates the initiative for self-development, to ensure proficiency of staff with on-going training and professional development toward skin care specialty and certification.

• Minimum Education
  • ADN
• Minimum Experience
  • Minimum 2 years RN experience in the clinical setting
• Required Registration/License/Certification
  • Registered Nursing License
  • BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer
• Preferred Education
  • BSN preferred
• Preferred Experience
  • Wound and/or ostomy care experience preferred
• Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  • Specialty training in wound care
