Sr. Accountant

• $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience

Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages

Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly and annually

Post journal entries and investigate ledger transactions

Deliver financial analysis and reporting to leadership

Assist with budgeting processes and variance analysis

Support process improvement and automation efforts

Collaborate with AP team and junior‑level finance staff

Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred

• 4+ years of accounting experience

Experience in public accounting or construction/CRE accounting

Leadership and supervisory experience

Quick Books experience is a plus;
Proficient in Excel

Strong leadership and communication abilities for team collaboration
