Een zorgorganisatie in Oosterhout zoekt een (persoonlijk) begeleider voor cliënten met een lichte tot matige verstandelijke beperking. In deze rol bied je structuur, nabijheid en ondersteuning bij dagelijkse activiteiten. Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in Zorg en Welzijn en ervaring met trauma-sensitief begeleiden. Je werkt in een kleinschalige setting en krijgt de kans om echt het verschil te maken. Een contract van minimaal 16 uur per week en een eerlijk salaris tussen de €2.546 en €3.825 afhankelijk van ervaring behoren tot de mogelijkheden.
