The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of signage. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for added value.
• Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Provide peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts typically 4-8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment; lift overhead; stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment; read/write/count accurately.
• Handle birds/poultry; operate forklifts/balers if age-appropriate.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; move merchandise; be physically capable of moving throughout the store quickly and safely.
