Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions help direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support key operational responsibilities.

Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, and be productive with little or some supervision. They should be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns, and stay focused on store-specific business objectives.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
