Requirements

Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NCC) – required

Active Oregon license highly preferred (candidates with license in hand prioritized)

Experience providing advanced care in NICU or high-risk neonatal settings

Strong clinical skills in intubation, central line placement, and neonatal resuscitation

Ability to handle complex cases and work independently during on-call periods

Must submit current NPDB report
