This is a training-driven position with a focus on:

• Light maintenance and basic repair work
• Oil changes and routine services
• Factory recalls and campaign work
• Following written instructions accurately and consistently

This role requires a technician who is motivated to complete training and take ownership of their growth.

• Complete all provided web-based training on time
• Learn quickly and apply training in daily work
• Understand that this is a production environment where performance matters

• Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail
  • Recalls include step-by-step written procedures and must be completed by following instructions exactly
• Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on experience preferred
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services efficiently
• Complete factory recalls by following step-by-step repair instructions
• Perform work specified on the repair order according to dealership policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly with the team when additional help or direction is needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Stay productive and focused throughout the day
