As a Key Holder, your role will involve:

• Building long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and a strong selling culture.
• Becoming a product expert, conveying features and benefits effectively to our customers.
• Meeting and exceeding measurable goals, including key performance indicators.
• Staying informed about current promotions and product displays.
• Assisting with merchandising and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
• Efficiently handling sales transactions while maintaining clear accountability for cash and media.
• Participating in personal skill development through collaboration with the leadership team.
• Completing all opening and closing procedures per company standards.
• Adhering to local, federal, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a high standard of individual work quality, attendance, and appearance.

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support local stores as needed.

Physical Demands include standing, walking, and squatting for more than 50% of the shift, lifting up to 40 pounds, and effective communication with customers and team members. Our work environment is clean, well-lit, and compliant with safety standards.
