Charter Next Generation invites you to join as a Machine Operator, operating state‑of‑the‑art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high‑quality specialty films.

Work only 15 days per month on a rotating 3‑4 day night shift schedule.

• B – Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
• D – Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines.
• Set up machines according to work order specifications.
• Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers.

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening.

• 2–5 years of plastic extrusion experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous manufacturing experience.

Wages range from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience, plus an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
