1st Shift Stand-up Forklift Driver

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a 1st Shift Stand-up Forklift Driver to join their team. As a 1st Shift Stand-up Forklift Driver, you will be part of the operations department supporting warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate stand-up forklifts and Pacer vehicles to move materials efficiently within the warehouse

+ Conduct safety checks and ensure proper handling of goods and equipment

+ Assist with inventory management and accurate documentation of stock movements

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks

+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and operational requests

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to operate stand-up forklifts and heavy equipment safely and effectively

+ Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds

+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams

+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

+ Fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
