Window Installer - Fontana

Overview

We are looking for Installers & Helpers to install windows and door products into newly constructed homes. If you're a professional craftsperson who is experienced in installing windows in new homes, we want to hear from you. We will train the right candidates to become window and door installers with Avanti Window and Doors.

• Leadership: ability to listen, advance, and effectively communicate field issues and areas for improvement
• Punctuality: be at work on time every day
• Team support: helping and supporting team members
• Safety: always follow company safety guidelines; use fall protection procedures
• On‑job training: willing to learn AIM method from day one
• Technical: operate cordless drivers, levels, nail guns; climb high ladders (heights not for the afraid)
• Physical: lift 50 pounds multiple times per day; climb ladders; perform general construction tasks
• Teamwork: work in a team environment; embrace growth opportunities
• Customer: communicate professionally and manage expectations

• Window experience is a plus
• Driver's license is a plus
• Team‑driven attitude

• Clean driving record to operate company vehicles
• Ability to perform essential duties; reasonable accommodation may be made for disabilities

• High School Diploma, GED (or equivalent)
• Prior knowledge of construction and/or window and door applications desirable but not required
