About the job Outside Sales Representative
Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (primarily outside of the office) for Wound Care Services. You will play a vital role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge wound care solutions to healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, health plans, medical group patients, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term care centers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, evaluating their needs, and providing customized wound care solutions that improve patient outcomes.
This is not an office position; you will be required to book and close face-to-face meetings with the types of facilities mentioned above.
This position has unlimited earning potential of 250K+ per year with upward mobility within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical sales.
- Strong knowledge of wound care products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and prospects.
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive salary ($62,400 to $72,800) and commission structure.
