Stand with ECCO! ECCO, one of the world’s premier footwear companies, is now hiring for a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team.

WHO YOU ARE!

As an ECCO Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a World Class shopping experience for our guests.

• Educate guests with product knowledge by sharing features, advantages and benefits of shoes to help guests in making informed buying decisions.
• Proficiently operate the cash register, including accountability for variances on assigned drawers and knowledge in loss prevention awareness.
• Maintain general housekeeping on a daily basis and assist management in non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, stock counts and maintaining product displays.
• Adhere to ECCO’s policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress code guidelines outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual.
• Possess strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, superior organization and follow-up skills, and act as a Brand Ambassador by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability. Act as a role model for the team and demonstrate effective selling skills on the sales floor.

Compensation: $16.75 to $17.54 per hour;
Competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience.
