Registered Nurse – DaVita Kidney Care

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end‑stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This fast‑paced, highly collaborative role involves working directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units within various hospitals in Los Angeles to deliver apheresis treatments and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
• Monitor patients, adjust treatment parameters, and ensure quality outcomes
• Support and oversee patient care with the assistance of PCTs
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Advised ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
• CNN/CDN certification preferred
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
• Full vaccination against COVID‑19 may be required by hospitals involved in this program; a booster may be required when eligible
• Must accommodate the color vision test and vaccination policy as listed above

• Competitive pay range: $41.00/hr – $57.00/hr (dependent on skill level and experience)

Job Duration: This position will remain open for a minimum of three days.
