E Commerce Assistant

• Product Listings & Management:
  Upload and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO‑optimized keywords; ensure listings reflect Pet Pals’ brand voice, quality, and product standards.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment:
  Monitor and process orders across all B2B portals; coordinate with warehouse teams and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery; manage returns and support smooth customer experiences.
• MAP & Inventory Control:
  Monitor MAP compliance across platforms; track stock levels, remove sold‑out items, and update product availability.
• Customer Support:
  Respond to customer inquiries via email or social media; provide friendly, accurate product information that reflects Pet Pals’ customer‑first values.
• Social Media Content Creation & Management:
  Create engaging text, photo, and video content (reels, stories, product highlights); maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with Pet Pals’ branding.
• Scheduling & Publishing:
  Post content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Meta Business Suite; ensure a consistent brand tone and visual identity.
• Influencer & Collaboration Support:
  Identify potential influencers and partners in the pet community; assist with outreach and collaboration coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of e‑commerce experience required.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, reliable, and strong in time management.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency:
  Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word);
  Adobe Photoshop (image retouching) and CANVA;
  Cap Cut (video editing); AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Fluent in English;
  Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Passion for pets and pet products is always welcome.
