Warehouse Component Runner Associate

Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Component Runner at our warehouse manufacturing facility in Ontario, California.

Manufacturing and Construction positions pay weekly.

Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule: Second Shift Tuesday - Friday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am.

Products Being Handled: Pallets.

Equipment: Palamatic Machine and Rolling Line.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years or more experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred
• 0–1 year in Carpentry/Manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to comprehend basic math
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Ability to operate power tools safely
• Ability to follow inspection processes
• Able to work at a steady, fast pace

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands
• Identify, examine, accept, reject, and dispose of material used in construction and repair of pallets
• Use basic processes of inspection/examination procedures for material
• Operate tools and equipment in performance of work assignments
• Prepare labels as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
