We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our client's manufacturing team in Cambridge, ON region.

Pay - 100k-120k

• Experience with environmental regulations, standards, and environmental program implementation in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and program implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success in driving safety culture change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working with regulatory agencies and leading EHS compliance and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills with ability to work independently and champion projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and diverse work groups; flexible, innovative, and team-oriented.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to inspect, document, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Self-directed, adaptable professional with high integrity, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing federal and provincial EHS regulatory compliance, reporting, training programs, and compliance tracking.
• Minimum 3 years of EHS experience within Ontario, with strong knowledge of provincial OHSA, WSIB, and MOL regulations preferred.
