An excellent role on offer for a Field Manager who is looking to join one of Canada's leading providers of structured cabling solutions, where you will receive excellent training and development, whilst progressing to an Office Project Manager role.
Have you got experience with managing commercial structured cabling projects? Have you got experience managing technicians both onsite and in the field?
This leading Canadian business have been established for over 30 years, and they specialize in providing commercial network cabling solutions. They have an excellent reputation for their quality of service, and they are looking to grow 25% next year.
Due to this growth, they are looking for a Field Manager who will play a pivotal role in this expansion.
In this role you will field, and office based to manage commercial structured cable installs. You will manage projects from inception to completion, and you will provide leadership for these projects. You will also mentor a number of technicians.
This role would ideally suit a Field Manager from a commercial structural cabling background, who is looking to join a company that offers fantastic training and development, whilst progressing to an Office Project Manager role.
The Role:- Field based covering GTA and remote
- Manage commercial structural cabling installs
- Drive process and system improvements
- $85,000 - $100,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Benefits
- Must have access to their own vehicle (gas will be provided)
- Is looking for a long-term career
- Live local to GTA
- Must have commercial structured cabling experience
