JLL is hiring a Property Manager (Industrial) based in Ontario, California. The PM will manage an institutional portfolio of industrial properties, maximizing NOI and asset value through property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, leasing support, marketing, accounts payable collections, budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Provide an experiential approach to property management for a differentiated customer experience.
- Support business growth through people integration and synergy.
- Develop staff for larger roles within the organization.
- Support ambitions beyond the workplace.
- Apply new technology and data to drive operational change.
- Lead the team and deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
- Ensure client and tenant satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports, manage tenant improvement (TI) and capital improvement projects.
- Communicate effectively with owners, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Create strategic and collaborative solutions to complex challenges.
- Embrace the human side of business by understanding client and team needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of commercial property management experience; recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen, including preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports.
- Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
- CA Real Estate License required within 6 months.
- Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
