Multi- Distribution Manager

Ultimate Staffing is hiring an experienced DC manager in Ontario, CA. This is a direct hire position. Room for growth.

• Experience managing multi-client distribution operations with varying service requirements
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong customer-facing leadership, handling audits and resolving issues effectively
• History of driving process improvements and leading change initiatives
• Skilled in monitoring and improving KPIs such as accuracy, delivery performance, cost, and safety
• Confident working with multiple operational systems and technology platforms

• Customer-first approach in all decision-making
• Effective coordination with warehouse, fleet, sales, planning, and transportation teams
• Ability to foster a supportive, positive, and accountable team culture
• Experience overseeing system usage and ensuring staff are properly trained
