The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the dealership facilities. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and employees.

• General Cleaning Duties:
  Sweep, mop, and vacuum dealership floors; dust furniture, surfaces, and equipment; clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies; empty trash cans and recycling bins regularly; clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance.
• Technician Stall Cleaning:
  Clean and sanitize technician stalls, removing grease, oil, and automotive fluids; ensure safe and organized work environments for technicians; properly dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
• Exterior Maintenance:
  Sweep and clean service drive areas, parking lots, and entrances; remove litter and debris from sidewalks and dealership exteriors; clear snow, ice, and debris from walkways as needed.
• Operational Maintenance Tasks:
  Operate floor cleaning and maintenance equipment; perform minor repairs, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing fixtures; monitor inventory of cleaning supplies; notify management when supplies need replenishment; assist with setup and teardown for special events or promotions; conduct touch-up painting and drywall repairs; address minor plumbing and equipment issues.
• Safety And Compliance:
  Adhere to company safety protocols and health regulations; follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly.
