Supply Chain Operations Senior Specialist Primary Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end supply chain project initiatives by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Logistics Operations, Transportation, Inventory Planning, IT, and Store Operations—to gather requirements and support project execution.
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction across supply chain workflows.
  • Support project managers with documentation including project plans, status updates, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and rollout of new supply chain tools, systems, or processes.
  • Use data and reporting tools to evaluate performance KPIs and recommend operational enhancements.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new supply chain processes.
Core Competencies & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or project coordination experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with supply chain systems or WMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
