System Support Specialist

Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in fast-paced distribution and warehouse environments? We’re hiring a 3PL West Coast Network Coordinator to support and maintain critical IT and network infrastructure within a high-volume Distribution Center (DC) in Ontario, CA.

This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, warehouse systems experience, and the ability to keep operations running without disruption.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot DC hardware including printers, RF scanners, terminals, controllers, IDF cabinets, copiers, and telecom systems
• Maintain and repair network infrastructure including routers, wireless access points, switches, and patch panels
• Install and configure communication equipment and cabling
• Support and administer Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and file servers
• Install software, perform system backups, and coordinate with corporate IT
• Set up user workstations, peripherals, and network connectivity
• Lead and execute IT and operational projects within the facility
• Maintain detailed equipment inventory and service records
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with vendors
• Train and support DC end users
• Generate reports, labels, and operational documents as needed

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in computer operations, network support, or telecommunications
• Experience in a distribution center, 3PL, warehouse, or order management environment
• Knowledge of Windows administration (Windows NT preferred), WMS, and network infrastructure
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel pivot tables, complex formulas, macros; Access knowledge a plus)
• Hands-on knowledge of network cabling, routers, switches, wireless access points, and patch panels
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as business demands require
