The Finance Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational excellence of the finance department by ensuring customers do not face unnecessary delays when finalizing their purchase and all deals are processed accurately and on time. This position focuses on ensuring all deals are processed accurately and on time, reducing delays in CITs which directly impact cash flow while minimizing errors that lead to chargebacks, missed revenue and compliance issues.

By handling administrative tasks such as processing warranty cancelations and ensuring add-on products (warranties, service contracts) are correctly registered, the Finance Assistant provides world‑class guest experience, strengthening our brand.

• Review and verify documentation related deals to ensure compliance with company, local, state and federal regulations – package deals accordingly.
• Assist guests with inquiries which may include title collection, receipt processing and payoffs.
• Provide support to General Sales Manager and Finance Team as needed.

• Previous experience in a similar strongly preferred

$25 - $37 / hour
