Senior Civil Engineer I​/II – Land Development

Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer I/II to join their Ontario office. This role supports a wide range of land development projects — from residential and commercial sites to public infrastructure — focusing on design, technical execution, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Develop engineering designs, calculations, and plans for grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and agencies to ensure design compliance.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders during construction.
• Provide quality assurance and oversee the work of junior staff.
• Contribute to a collaborative, problem‑solving team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of civil design experience in land development or site engineering.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, technical, and mentoring skills.
