We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

As the receptionist for our busy office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospective clients. You will greet individuals as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful personality, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to process incoming documents, including mail, emails, discovery, and calendar due dates and compliance dates.

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Greet clients and prospective clients as they arrive at the office
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment in the front office reception area
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of clients throughout their services

• Two or more years of client service experience in an office setting is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to understand and process documents by calendaring compliance dates and scanning them
