We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Staff Accountant in Ontario, CA 91764 to join a dynamic construction and real estate team. This role is to replace a current employee and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post loan closing journal entries accurately and timely.
• Handle loan draws and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance through loan reporting and documentation.
• Support month‑end closing processes for multiple entities.
• Maintain job cost accounting for construction and real estate projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements &

Skills:

• Proven experience in construction and real estate accounting, managing multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of JDE (mandatory), MS Office, and Excel (
  VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, reporting
  ).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.
