Our client, a leading manufacturer in Ontario, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with ample room for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
+ Reconcile various accounts and ledgers
+ Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
+ Analyze financial data and produce reports for management review
+ Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and inventory personnel
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
+ Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred:
+ CPA or pursuit of CPA designation is a plus
+ Experience in cost accounting or inventory management
