Distribution Supervisor - Remote

• Oversee remote distribution and warehouse operations, executing strategies to improve performance and processes.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock rotation and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Reduce finished goods waste by ensuring proper product rotation and managing at‑risk inventory.
• Coordinate transportation and shipping activities while supervising loading/unloading for food safety.
• Enforce safety, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• General knowledge of food safety requirements, inventory control, and warehousing procedures.
• Familiarity with maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and truck loading operations.
• Strong supervisory skills and intermediate PC skills, including experience with SAP.

• 3-5 years of experience in food distribution or warehouse management.
• Knowledge of purchasing and quality assurance processes.
• Additional certifications related to food safety or warehouse management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities as needed.
