The Role We are currently recruiting experienced and dependable MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park NN7. This is a key position supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures.

Key Responsibilities Safely operate MHE equipment, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance Load and unload trailers in a timely and accurate manner Complete and check relevant paperwork and documentation Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas Identify and report issues relating to stock, racking, or equipment Follow all health & safety regulations and complete pre-use equipment checks Support other warehouse functions and train across multiple areas where required Candidate Requirements Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (in-house licences accepted) Previous warehouse experience is essential Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well within a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
