- Coordinate with shippers to plan pickup and delivery schedules
- Generate and distribute shipping documents to third‑party suppliers
- Collaborate with manufacturing, distribution, and logistics providers to meet and exceed delivery expectations
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and ensure adherence to operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulatory requirements and support claims processes
- 3‑5 years of transportation experience required
- Deep knowledge of the transportation industry, including LTL and dedicated modes
- Experience in leading and communicating with internal/external stakeholders
- Understanding of freight forwarder operations, customs, and logistics vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with TMS, WMS, YMS, and business intelligence tools
- Exposure to manufacturing and distribution operations and supply chain practices
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage change effectively
