Remote Brokerage Coordinator Position

• Provide brokerage coverage to ensure uninterrupted freight movement and service continuity.
• Respond to incoming calls and electronic communications from customers, carriers, and teams.
• Coordinate routed, on-demand, accessorial, and special freight orders according to standards.
• Evaluate load feasibility considering capacity, equipment, and customer expectations.
• Secure and assign third-party carrier capacity while monitoring load execution.
• Track load acceptance, transit progress, and resolve freight issues as needed.
• Monitor service delays and take corrective actions if shipments deviate from the plan.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and service expectations.
