Saint-Laurent (on-site + night remote work)

• Schedule:
  
  Friday 3:00 PM to Monday 6:00 AM

• 3 days worked – 40 hours paid (weekly)

• On-site at ZAC-TRANZ in Saint-Laurent

• Work from home overnight (emergency line / road breakdown support)

• Dispatch drivers and monitor equipment status

• Ensure compliance with customer pickup and delivery standards

• Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and consignees

• Provide real-time assistance and support to drivers

• Prioritize equipment utilization and optimize the intermodal fleet

• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations

• Quickly and effectively resolve in-transit shipment issues

• Minimum of 5 years of dispatcher experience (mandatory)

• Ability to manage 25+ drivers in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of QC / ON operations and Quebec rail yards

• Knowledge of drayage regulations

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Bilingual (French / English)

• Autonomous, resourceful, and a strong team player

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Intermediate Excel and Word skills)
• Strong communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written
