• Dispatch and coordinate truckload freight to approved contractors and broker carriers for on-time performance
• Monitor active loads for service risks and take corrective action as needed
• Maintain operational boards and tracking systems for real-time accuracy of load status and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for truckload execution, managing communication with brokers and contractors
• Compile and analyze performance reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in truckload operations, dispatch, brokerage support, or transportation coordination
• Strong understanding of truckload transportation operations and dispatch processes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and operational accuracy
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and transportation management systems

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
• Ability to manage real-time execution in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with load lifecycle management and operational efficiency initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and identify trends
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
