** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Verification of order preparation and packaging;
* Prepare internal transfers;
* Prepare all shipments requested by all departments of the company;
* Prepare CofC (Certificates of Conformance) if applicable;
* Prepare shipping and customs documentation for our products;
* Prepare shipping and customs documentation for the return of products requiring repair;
* Prepare purchase requisitions for consumables related to receiving, shipping, and the warehouse;
* Management of shipments in our ERP system;
* Perform delivery follow-up of equipment with our suppliers and customers;
* Respond to shipping quotation requests;
* Organize recurring returns;
* Package products for shipping;
* Open work orders, create materials, and close them;
* Perform cyclical inventory counts;
* Perform receiving as needed;
* All other related tasks.
** JOB REQUIREMENTS
*** Completed high school diploma;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding;
* Knowledge of Office Suite, Google, and ERP systems;
* Knowledge of customs and transport;
* Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule when required by the situation;
* Rigor and sense of organization;
* Adaptability and positive reaction to change;
* Ability to analyze and synthesize situations or problems to solve them efficiently;
* Good physical condition (ability to lift 50 lbs);
* Bilingualism (French/English) as customs papers are only in English.
