• Captains’ estimated starting annual compensation: $210,000-$236,000
• Known days off 16/12 schedule
• This is a home-based position; no relocation is required; 30+ bases

• 16/12 schedule – Airline on Day 1 and Day 16 | Known Days Off – 12 days, including two consecutive weekends

We’re adding three Challenger 3500s to our fleet with charter operations commencing late 2025.
