Role This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Courier, based in Raleigh, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Medical Courier will be responsible for safely and securely transporting medical materials, including specimens, supplies, and sensitive documents, while maintaining proper handling protocols. The role also involves managing logistics, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service during interactions. Adherence to company procedures and regulations is essential to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

• Safely and securely transport medical materials, including specimens, supplies, and sensitive documents, while maintaining proper handling protocols.
• Manage logistics, maintain delivery schedules, and coordinate deliveries to meet established timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to company procedures and regulations to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a professional and positive experience for clients
• Experience in logistics management and transportation to ensure efficient and precise delivery operations
• Ability to undergo training and adapt quickly to new procedures and standards
• Background in handling Food & Beverage or other perishable items is a plus
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely as required
