• Manage load building, dispatch, tracking, and tracing of freight, along with reporting results
• Analyze logistical data trends to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities
• Explore new transportation methods for materials from suppliers to customers
• Build strong relationships with carriers, plants, and internal customers to enhance service quality
• Provide backup support to plant logistics load coordinators as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of transportation service or transportation management experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or client management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong Excel data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be available after hours and on weekends as needed
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
• A strong work ethic and commitment to team collaboration
