Pooch and Mutt Operations & Logistics Administrator - £26k p/a
Pooch & Mutt is one of the fastest growing, most award-winning pet food companies in the UK. We are a health food company, whose products happen to be eaten by pets. We deal with the biggest retailers in the UK such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Pets at Home and Amazon plus a fast moving and ever expanding D2C business. Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Lead and working closely with the operations and finance teams, the Operations & Logistics Administrator will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day supply chain activities which get our bags of pet food onto shelves in the supermarket.
This is a remote position requiring travel within the UK once a month. Flexibility may be required for peak periods and training.
Key Responsibilities- Processing orders from customers and liaising with our outsourced 3PL to ensure all orders are delivered OTIF
- Processing invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with supply chain teams at all of our major customers
- Raising import paperwork to clear our products through customs
- Set up of new products on the various systems & ensuring price lists are up to date
- Supporting the production of accurate and timely reports on service level, inventory and others as required
- A highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working alone – we work remotely

- Good attention to detail is an absolute must for this role
- Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with accounting software to process orders / invoices
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with EDI software
