- Providing Whats App and call support to clients in a timely manner
- Assisting clients with their delivery orders
- Monitoring the delivery orders for our clients
- Resolving delivery issues faced by customers
- Great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem‑solving ability and adaptability to changing client needs
- Self‑starter and responsible
- Experience using different online channels to communicate with clients
- Two weekend shifts – either morning (10:00–18:00) or afternoon (17:00–22:00)
- Availability for additional shifts during festive & public holiday periods, when required
- Must have a spare phone; company laptop and SIM card will be issued
