For our branch in Geneva, we are looking for Sea Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Booking with airlines or shipping lines
• Establishment of transport documents
• Prepare claims and quotations for customers and network
• Arrange pick-up and transportation as per instructions
• Invoicing, monitoring events, and archiving files
• Daily communication with 4PL

• A minimum of 5 years experience in international air transportation
• Stress-resistant and able to handle emergencies
• Detailed knowledge of logistics/transportation industry, especially sea freight
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms
• Local market knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
