As a “Everyday Hero,” you provide peace of mind by diagnosing vehicle issues and delivering prompt, practical solutions. Your day involves locating breakdowns using GPS, performing on‑site repairs, and ensuring member satisfaction.

• Operate a full‑size or minivan service truck/tow truck with all required equipment.
• Use GPS and maps to locate member breakdowns.
• Provide fuel, battery tests and replacements, jump‑starts, lock‑outs, and tire service.
• Assess the need to tow the vehicle when it cannot be safely driven.
• Maintain 100% member satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Offer value through On‑the‑Go Tow or battery sales.
• Support special events such as parades, travel shows, and public‑relations events.

• Hourly rates starting at $24.00 in Indiana, with overtime and shift premiums.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $1,000 and quarterly Perfect Attendance bonus.

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver’s license with minimal infractions. If employed in Illinois, a valid Illinois C‑Non CDL driver’s license is required.
• Experience using tablets or electronic devices to update calls and review policies.
• Strong customer‑service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Successful completion of drug screening, MVR, criminal background check, and DOT health screenings.

• Experience servicing vehicles (fuel delivery, battery work, jump‑starts, lock‑outs, tire service).
• Previous roadside or tow‑truck experience.
• Ability to safely operate wheel lift, flatbed, dolly or other towing equipment, as well as full‑size or mini service vehicles.

Work primarily outside, with up to 95% of time exposed to road hazards and temperature extremes. Less than 5% of time spent in a temperature‑controlled office.
