- Liaise with Purchasing team to follow up on all incoming shipments.
- Coordinate warehouse team to allocate manpower resources for receiving plan
- Prepare dock receipts for arrival inbound shipments.
- Update shipment status in Odoo system.
- Arrange domestic pickup services and monitor delivery schedules.
- Execute B2B fulfillment for major retail chains (Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Create sales orders and inventory transfer in Odoo system.
- Coordinate with carriers and handle all outbound delivery request
- Follow up and track import shipments arriving at U.S. ports
- Verify all relevant documents (commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, freight invoice).
- Liaise with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance.
- Manage export shipments from U.S. to global destinations in partnership with forwarders and carriers.
- Prepare and review export documentation to comply with international regulations.
- Schedule appointments with warehouses and coordinate inland transportation from port to warehouse.
- Record and update all international transactions in Odoo system.
- Daily file and archive scanned documents and photos
- Record warehouse labor time in the Odoo system.
- Execute the claims process with carriers (if any)
- Estimate required pallet quantities to pack outgoing cartons
- Prepare monthly operations, inventory and delivery cost report.
- Verify and reconcile monthly re-bill statements.
- Possess a University/College degree.
- At least 1 years of experience, with additional training provided by the company on specialized skills.
- Background in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution Warehouse, or a related field.
- Professional knowledge of 3PL, 4PL fulfillment and customer service, problem-solving .
- Experiences with ERP, Odoo, and EDI systems, and well‑handling communication with system supporters are a plus .
- Experience in inventory and distribution is a plus .
- Familiarity with SOPs and Guidelines .
- Ability to read, understand, and grasp the issues and accurately implement the requirements from partner service policies .
- Well, reading, writing skills, and meeting communication in English. Strong in independent working skills, careful, accurate, and logical .
