* * Job Description Summary
** The Assistant Softball Coach will be responsible for working alongside the Head Coach in all aspects of the program to facilitate the development, both academically and athletically, of our student-athletes. Additionally, this candidate, along with the Head Coach, will be responsible for attending all practice sessions, matches, and strength and conditioning sessions. The assistant coach will be responsible for working alongside the Head Coach and ensuring team and player compliance with conference and University rules and procedures.

** High School Diploma/GED and experience coaching at any level.

Consideration may be given to candidates with an associate degree or higher, a general understanding of NCAA rules and policies and a network of contacts in primary recruiting areas.
