Overview

Camp Gladiator (CG) is a unique fitness and nutrition platform where Trainers thrive while empowering members to achieve their health and fitness goals. CG equips fitness professionals with the resources and tools they need to successfully grow their own businesses while delivering life-changing experiences to members. Founded by Ally Davidson, CG has expanded from a single workout in Dallas to over 750 in-person locations, a vast online platform with live and on-demand classes, and a network of over 400 Certified Trainers and Coaches.

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Katy, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Certified Personal Trainer at Camp Gladiator, you will design, lead, and deliver dynamic outdoor boot camps and fitness sessions while fostering a supportive and inclusive fitness community. Responsibilities include developing and implementing fitness programs, guiding participants to achieve their fitness goals and motivating groups in their health journey.

Trainers will also work collaboratively with CG teammates & local businesses to develop partnerships & community engagement.

• Experience in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, Circuit Training, and ability to lead engaging group workouts
• Knowledge in Nutrition and the ability to effectively incorporate it into comprehensive fitness programs
• Skills in Coaching and empowering individuals to reach their health & fitness goals
• Excellent communication and motivational skills to foster a sense of community and drive members toward their goals
• CPR/AED certification is required
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or ACSM) is preferred
• Passion for health, fitness, and working with people of diverse backgrounds
