What You Will Be Doing- Conducting daily morning sessions that motivate and prepare student-athletes for success
- Delivering one-on-one motivational coaching focused on academic and personal development
- Guiding life skills workshops through storytelling, reflective exercises, and hands-on coaching methods
- Leading afternoon athletic training sessions designed to develop resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for both attitude and results
- Elite Sports Mentor key responsibilities
- We are looking for former elite-level athletes with experience at the highest echelons of competition — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging athletics to coach and mentor life skills
- Proven ability to provide motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional environments
- Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Ready to relocate to or reside in Austin, TX

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
