What You Will Be Doing- Conducting daily morning sessions that motivate and prepare student-athletes for the day
- Delivering 1:1 coaching focused on academic achievement and personal development
- Leading life skill workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and hands-on mentorship
- Directing afternoon athletic training sessions that cultivate resilience, collaboration, and responsibility
- Monitoring student development and maintaining high expectations for both attitude and outcomes
- We are looking for former elite-level athletes with a track record of success at the highest tier of competition—Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor s degree in any field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging athletics to mentor others and teach life skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate in athletic, educational, or professional environments
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Prepared to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
