What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating daily morning sessions designed to motivate and focus student-athletes for the day
- Conducting individual motivational coaching tied to academic achievement and personal development
- Delivering life skill development workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and active engagement
- Directing afternoon athletic training sessions focused on resilience, collaboration, and personal accountability
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for both mindset and execution
- We are looking for former elite-level athletes who have competed at the highest tier of sport — Olympic athletes, World Championship competitors, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Documented experience leveraging sport as a vehicle for mentoring and teaching life skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate within athletic, educational, or professional contexts
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
