Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced coach/consultant or business professional with a solid coaching background or diverse business experience to join our team as a Business Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching clients on various aspects of their business to help them achieve their goals.

This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible working hours, and there is no travel required. This is not an MLM or network marketing position. We offer a highly lucrative compensation package, which includes training and start-up costs paid by the company.

• Attend and complete our rigorous Business Coach training program, which includes both theoretical and practical components.
• Work closely with our experienced Business Coaches to learn the ins and outs of closing and coaching clients with our proven methods to find your coaching fees prior to your engagement.
• Help clients identify areas of improvement within their business and develop action plans to address these areas utilizing our proprietary, industry leading software.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions with clients to provide guidance, support and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and client progress.
• Continuously enhance your coaching skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
• Work with the team to develop marketing strategies to generate leads and find profits for your new clients.
• Take responsibility for the monthly subscription/maintenance fees for your sites and software.
